What does Birdie+ come with?
Your purchase includes the Birdie+ smart personal safety alarm, a solid brass keychain and keyring, and access to the Birdie+ app (available on iOS and Android).
When will my subscription activate?
The subscription activates 30 days after the date of purchase.
What phones are compatible with Birdie+?
Birdie+ requires iOS version 14+ or Android version 10+.
How do I replace the batteries?
Simply slide off the tab on the back of the device, insert two new CR2302 batteries, and slide the tab back into place.
What are the dimensions of Birdie+?
The device measures 3.5" x 1.125" x 0.625". It is designed to be slightly shorter and thicker than the original model for better grip.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Features such as the On-Call Rep, Excuse-to-Leave Call, and Location Sharing will be disabled. However, the 130dB Loud Siren will remain fully functional.
Does Birdie+ work internationally?
The siren and Excuse-to-Leave Call work worldwide. The Live Representative feature is currently available only in the United States. Your phone must have a cellular connection for call or text features to function.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel monthly or annual subscriptions at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. Please note that we do not offer refunds for the remaining time, but your access will remain active until the period expires.
Birdie Original (V1) FAQs
How do I test the alarm?
To activate, pull the removable top pin from the body. It will emit a piercing 130dB sound and the light will flash. To stop the alarm, replace the pin into the body.
How do I replace the batteries in the Original Birdie?
Open the case via the side seam, remove the internal screws, and insert two CR2032 batteries. Reassemble the casing carefully.
How long do the batteries last?
The alarm can sound continuously for approximately 40 minutes with a fresh set of batteries.

Shipping and Availability
Birdie+ is currently available only in the United States, while the Birdie Original ships internationally. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
Payment and Promo Codes
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal. Promo codes must be entered at checkout before completing the order; they cannot be applied retroactively.

Warranty & Returns
Birdie offers a one-year warranty covering operational defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover wear and tear, water damage, theft, or batteries.
